Lotus Resources Pte Ltd (Lotus) was set up as a company registered in Singapore in the year 2006. Starting off as a new player in the coal (Coking & Thermal) trading business, Lotus has since entrenched itself firmly in the field of coal trading and over the years has also branched out into related commodity sourcing and distribution including in other commodities like coke, manganese ore and iron ore etc. Lotus is also since diversified beyond raw materials and has branched into grains i.e wheat, beans, rice and crude or refined edible oils in bulk or containers. We have also invested financially in a range of other companies dealing in a wide range of commodities / services

At Lotus, we keep the customer’s wishes and requirements uppermost and strive to meet the needs expressed by the customer to the maximum extent possible. We interact actively with our customers and tailor make our offers to suit their needs regarding quality and pricing etc.

The Management of Lotus Resources is headed by its visionary and dynamic Managing Director who started the company with an avowed mission to deliver quality services and products. With his experience spanning more than three decades in Sales and Marketing in national and international markets, the MD has taken the company to soaring heights in a short time span.

INDIA OPERATIONS

Lotus maintains a strong presence in India to carry out trade in the local currency and provide customers with an end to end solution using our expertise which enables better cash management for the customers and optimises the use of their working capital. This option is available to the customers at various ports on both coasts of India including Vizag, Krishnapatnam, Ennore, Paradip, and Kandla. This also lends a new facet to Lotus’ activities apart from the more pervasive sale of dollar denominated transactions of imported commodities into the Indian market.
